James “Jimmy” Leonard Marshall is a highly accomplished drummer, percussionist, and versatile musician. From an early age, Jimmy's passion for music blossomed as he explored the drums, guitar, bass, piano, and singing. His musical journey has taken him across various bands and projects, both in his local communities of Temecula and Murrieta, as well as on stages throughout the country. 

Jimmy's impressive credentials include front ensemble drummer for The Concord Blue Devils, where he contributed to the team's success as a two-time Drum Corps International world champion and as the 2010 Individual & Ensemble champion.

His musical skills were sharpened under the guidance of industry legends like Jim Wunderlich, Jack Mizutani, Brian Dinkel, Sean Vega, and Scott Johnson. In addition to his drum expertise, Jimmy showcased his talent on the bass guitar with the Riverside Community College Marching Band in Fall 2006 and played drums for five consecutive years with the RCC Winter Drumline program. 

His dedication to music extends back to the 7th grade, when he began recording and further developing his craft as a recording artist. Jimmy is also passionate about sharing his knowledge with others. As a private music teacher in the Temecula and Murrieta area, he instills his musical wisdom in aspiring musicians. His contributions to faith communities are notable, serving as a Music Minister at St. Martha's from 2018-2022 and presently at St. Catherine of Alexandria, serving in several church choirs and playing drums for the youth choir. He remains deeply grateful for the mentorship he has received and for the unwavering support of his family and friends.
